Transition 4

My personal process of creating a painting starts with a picture or an idea, almost with an irritating exciting impulse to realize it urgently. Then, I begin to ask why this topic touches me personally and what is its significance. This is how several series were born, including transgenderism, hibernation, fragments, and now “Technoscape”. Why pixels or squares, gaps in the seascape. Firstly, drawing water for me also began with the desire to reproduce the movement of an elusive other universe, the metaphysics of the beginning of the world and its state. Water is another space. Therefore, gaps in space can be both black holes and other universes. Pixels are a certain manifestation of digitalization of our life, which has integrated into our consciousness.
Maybe there is information that we haven’t evolved to, or maybe the other way around. I don’t know why pixels can seem like emptiness, but can be subconsciously colorful. But the Rubicon seems to be close, something is changing and answers are nearby.
